8th Hendon has a partnership with Merlin Explorer Scout Unit, which is for young people aged 14-17.

Explorer Units are ran differently to Scout Groups, with several scout groups usually 'feeding into' an Explorer Unit. Many of our Scout leaders also volunteer at Merlin, and we encourage our Scouts to try Explorers once they turn 14.
